NDS Animal Feeds was founded in 1978 and originally specialised in selling top quality dog food. Over the years we have broadened the scope of our operations to include dog, horse, bird, small animal and agricultural feeds, as well as equestrian accessories. We are proud to have held the Royal Warrant of Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen since 1988.

Through the wholesale side of our business we supply trade customers, including agricultural merchants, pet shops, village stores, kennels and stable yards, throughout the north of Scotland, encompassing Grampian and Highland Regions.

We operate a trade cash and carry from our warehouse which is located on Balmakeith Industrial Estate, adjacent to the A96 on the East side of Nairn. (For detailed directions please refer to the map on the Contact page.)

In addition to our wholesale business we run a retail cash and carry from our Balmakeith warehouse, selling a full range of feeding and bedding for dogs, horses, poultry, cats, rabbits, guineapigs, ferrets, goats, sheep, pigs and cattle.

We also sell equestrian accessories, dog collars and leads, dog beds and cages, wild bird feeders, poultry feeders and drinkers, in addition to mineral licks, salt licks, field licks, stable licks and horse, dog and poultry supplements.
